Brass Music Specialist Instructor and Band Program Tutor

Ipswich Girls’ and Junior Grammar School is looking for a passionate private Brass (trumpet, trombone, baritone horn) Music Specialist, to join our dedicated team in the Co-Curricular Arts and Curriculum Music Departments from Term 1, 2019.  This position, starting at one day per week (increasing), will include private tuition lessons and assisting Curriculum Music Staff in the Year 5 Band Program.

The successful applicant will work as part of an excellent and energetic team which is committed to providing an effective teaching and learning environment for students and show a willingness to participate in the co-curricular program of the School.

Applicants must be the holder of, or obtain, a Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card).

Lower Strings (Cello/Double Bass) Music Specialist Instructor and Strings Program Tutor

Ipswich Girls’ and Junior Grammar School is looking for a passionate private Lower Strings (cello/double bass) Music Specialist, to join our dedicated team in the Co-Curricular Arts and Curriculum Music Department from Term 1, 2019.  This position is currently one to two days per week (increasing) and will include private tuition lessons and assisting Curriculum Music Staff in the Year 3 String Program.
